Kaleidoscope Fun!
I could kill a good amount of precious time with this site. Kaleidolism takes your photos and lets you manipulate them as if thru a kaleidoscope. Good clean fun! Try it but keep in mind that you need an image hosting site, such as Photobucket.com so that you can get the url link first.

NOLA Highlights
This past weekend I visited my bestie Lil Miss Honsauce (and fam) in NOLA. This was my first NOLA experience and I'm already planning my return trip. The architecture was sick... Massive, plantation-style, white-columned houses, passed down from generation to generation. Kinda like the homes in Roland Park,
yet grander and with more charm. Lots of rich food (french bread, butter, fried seafood and grits!). They like to put poached eggs on everything, which I’m
a huge fan of. Sunday morning jazz brunch... Umm... yes! Oh, and the vegetation is pretty great too... Ancient oaks line the streets, overhanging roads and ripping up sidewalks AND they’re mixed in with palm trees! Woah!
The daiquiri stands everywhere don’t hurt either.
The air just seemed lighter.

(Minus my mother) holding it down and keeping me standing straight this past crazy week. Forever in-debt to all of them. Especially the ones that helped me spontaneously move. I'm talkin' bout taking ornaments off the tree, quickly throwing things in boxes and plotting harmless revenge (like snipping the toe connector to his favorite pair of flip flops... replacing all his bourbon with soda... you know, good 'ole clean fun). I heart you all!

New year, same old questions
I have a tendency to be a bit of a sad sac round this time of year. Too many thoughts of missed goals, lost friendships, and my birthday in 2ish weeks that brings on a double whammy of self-deprecating introspection. Fun times. I like to be hard on myself... or maybe I'm not hard enough... :/
